PALM BEACH GARDENS – The Management Team of Downtown at the Gardens is pleased to announce the addition of two new retailers scheduled to open in 2012.
Opening in the first quarter of 2012, iSpas will offer the finest in personal nail spa services and techniques and will occupy 2,350 sq. ft. on The Boulevard between Swoozie’s and Go Van Gogh.
Parmida Home Furnishings will open its southern most store at Downtown at the Gardens during second quarter 2012. The Palm Beach Gardens location will occupy almost 8,000 sq. ft. along Downtown’s Centre Court adjacent to Sur la Table.
Parmida is a leading retailer of affordable luxuries, gifts and more. The store showcases distinctive home décor, wine and cheese accessories, imported coffees and teas, bath and body collections, kitchen accessories, candles, gourmet, as well as many more timeless gifts and merchandise.
Each store showroom is arranged with picture perfect vignettes of furniture, décor, fountains and exquisite tabletops.

PALM BEACH GARDENS – Downtown at the Gardens is pleased to announce the
addition of “The Downtown Express,” a custom designed train will open for
business on Friday, December 16th at 3PM in Carousel Courtyard.
The train, which was
designed specifically for Downtown, will be a permanent amenity to the property
with a route that runs through the Boulevard and Centre Court.

Downtown Express. In addition to the
amazing shopping and restaurants, this gives our guest another reason to spend
the day and discover Downtown.”
As an initial promotion, round-trip
tickets for the Downtown Express may be purchased at Cartoon Cuts beginning on
Friday. Tickets are two dollars and
include a $2 Coupon for Cartoon Cuts.
The Downtown Express
consists of five cars, the steam engine, coal car, two passenger cars and the
caboose. Manufactured in Bethlehem, GA.

of rides between the hours of 10 AM – 8PM Sunday – Thursday and 10 AM – 9PM
Friday and Saturday.
