PBC Boot Camp

We are a 6 week program of unlimited fitness instruction, motivational training, diet and nutritional tips, workshops, discussion groups, seminars, and social networking. PBC Boot Camp is the place to be whether your goal is to lose weight, get stronger or just feel better about your health. PBC Boot Camp meets Monday – Friday from 6am-7am and Monday – Thursday from 6pm-7pm at the 4th story of the parking garage. For first Boot Camp is Free in September.
